Are you tired of being tired?

If you're tired of feeling tired all the time, you're not alone. Many people (particularly women who spend their energy caring for loved ones 🙋‍♀️) face this challenge.




 

Recently my energy levels had been gradually declining, then the old familiar muscle aches and brain fog started creeping in… I generally lead a pretty healthy lifestyle so it didn’t feel like it added up that I should feel quite so fatigued. I made two small tweaks and within a couple of weeks was feeling supercharged!

 

One, I drank more water.

 

Two, I did a couple of magnet sessions for myself! It’s sometime easy for me to let my own Biomagnetism practices slip - and I realised that it had been about 6 months since I took the time to place magnets on myself.

 

So, I did a self-scan, popped magnets on and chilled out on the bed for half an hour. I woke up the morning after the first session and felt like a fog had lifted & my energy was almost back to normal, one more session and I felt energised and motivated!




 

The geeky bit 🤓...

... For a cell to function optimally the movement of electrons need to be coherent, and bioelectrical charges need to be balanced - this is exactly what Biomagnetism does (and it needs to be well hydrated)… I know all the theory and sometimes forget that I need to practically apply it to myself too!
